Pulse AI — Feature Review
v4.14.0 · Confidential · April 2026
Pulse AI is the proprietary intelligence engine underneath every TFSF platform, every client deployment, and every revenue operation. It coordinates multiple Pulse engines as a team, deploys 40+ specialized agents across 21 verticals that communicate with each other, schedule themselves autonomously, operate across isolated multi-tenant organizations, and ingest live data from 85+ pre-built business system integrations. This is what it does.
01 Five-Engine Architecture
The system never goes down. Each engine does what it does best.
Pulse AI does not rely on a single AI provider. It coordinates five engines, each selected for a specific type of task. The intelligent routing layer evaluates every request in real-time and sends it to the right engine based on what the task requires — reasoning, pattern retrieval, content generation, live research, or failsafe. If an engine fails, the system reroutes automatically through the remaining four. The second engine operates entirely on proprietary accumulated intelligence that no competitor can replicate.
Engine 1 — Primary Reasoning
The proprietary brain. Complex strategy, architecture decisions, proposal generation, code review, compliance synthesis, content QA validation, and agent orchestration. Every decision that requires deep judgment, nuanced context, or multi-step reasoning routes here first. Powers the majority of agent intelligence across all 10 platforms.
Engine 2 — Sovereign Intelligence
Proprietary knowledge base accumulating anonymized operational patterns from 22+ platforms and growing with every client deployment. Vector similarity search with tier-gated retrieval. Cross-domain pattern recognition — a routing optimization from one vertical improves agents in every other vertical. As more clients onboard and more connectors feed data, Sovereign gets exponentially smarter. It is building toward a fully self-sustaining intelligence layer running on our own infrastructure — an engine that operates independently of any external provider. Cannot be replicated. The only engine that belongs entirely to TFSF.
Engine 3 — Content, Vision & Speed
Article generation (2,700+ produced), image creation, landing page building, bulk processing, pattern matching, screenshot analysis, Protocol One QA validation, and high-volume agent execution. 10 agents route here as primary. Handles vision-capable tasks including diagnostic screenshots and visual verification. Optimized for throughput — processes what would take hours in minutes.
Engine 4 — Real-Time Research & Scanning
Live web intelligence, regulatory scanning, market research, competitor analysis, citation-backed reporting, and real-time data gathering. The only engine with live internet access. Powers 4 dedicated research agents running 2-3 parallel queries each. Feeds Agent #37 Predictive Compliance with real-time regulatory intelligence. Every research result includes source attribution and confidence scoring.
Engine 5 — Emergency Failsafe
Activated when all other external engines are unavailable simultaneously. Ensures zero downtime under any provider outage. The system never stops — if Engines 1, 3, and 4 all go down, Engine 5 keeps every agent operational until primary routing restores.
02 40+ Production Agents
Each agent handles a specific business operation autonomously — and they talk to each other
Every agent below is pre-built, tested, and ready to deploy. They are not built from scratch for each client — they are production-proven templates that get customized with client-specific data, rules, and parameters, then fired into operation. Drop in the client's industry context, compliance requirements, and business rules — the agent is live in hours, not weeks.

Custom Agent Creation
Beyond the 40+ pre-built agents, Pulse includes a full custom agent builder. Any client engagement can spawn purpose-built agents through the Builder IDE — define the agent's role, select which of the 5 Pulse engines it can access, choose its tools (web scraping, code execution, voice generation, real-time research), set its routing priority, and deploy. Custom agents inherit the entire platform architecture: 5-engine routing with automatic failover, inter-agent communication, autonomous scheduling, org isolation, and Sovereign Intelligence learning. They register themselves in the agent registry on first run and immediately become part of the swarm.
This means every client gets exactly the agents their operation needs — not a fixed set of tools, but an expandable workforce that grows with the engagement.
03 Agent #37 — Predictive Compliance
The first multi-model coordination agent. Deployed to production April 12, 2026.
Three Engines. One Team. Zero Equivalents.
Agent #37 is the only agent in the system that uses three Pulse engines simultaneously as a coordinated team — not fallbacks.
Step 1: The research engine gathers real-time regulatory intelligence — enforcement actions, new requirements, upcoming deadlines happening right now across the client's vertical and jurisdiction.
Step 2: The pattern engine processes the client's historical operational data at scale — agent run logs, exception frequencies, error patterns, cost anomalies, timing drift. It outputs a structured risk analysis.
Step 3: The reasoning engine takes both inputs — live regulatory data AND operational patterns — and synthesizes a predictive compliance forecast: which regulation will be violated, which system will trigger it, when it will happen, and exactly how to prevent it.
First live test: 9 predictions returned. 2 critical-risk findings. 88% confidence on the top prediction. Self-healing — the system delivers the fix, not just the alert.
04 Sovereign Intelligence Layer
The proprietary engine. The compounding data flywheel. The moat that widens with every deployment.
Every agent run, every routing decision, every compliance prediction, every research result, every content QA decision, every connector sync, and every model performance signal gets captured, anonymized, and embedded into a proprietary vector knowledge base. This happens across all 22+ platforms in the portfolio — and grows with every new client onboarded. Sovereign is already active at Tier 1 with live retrieval capabilities.
What It Collects
Anonymized operational patterns — routing decisions, model performance benchmarks, exception frequencies, cost optimization signals, task category distributions, sync performance, and cross-vertical intelligence. Zero PII. No client names, financial data, credentials, or sensitive information ever enters the knowledge base. Patterns and performance signals only.
What It Enables
Cross-domain pattern recognition across 22+ platforms and growing. A routing optimization discovered in a healthcare deployment improves agent performance in construction. A compliance pattern from fintech strengthens predictions in insurance. Every deployment makes every other deployment smarter.
Autonomous Operation
When all external engines are unavailable simultaneously, Sovereign operates the entire portfolio from accumulated intelligence. Lower confidence, clearly flagged, but fully functional. The system never stops. As the knowledge base grows toward Tier 3, Sovereign's autonomous capability approaches full parity with external engines.
Non-Replicable
A competitor can copy the code. They cannot copy the operational intelligence accumulated across 22+ production systems spanning healthcare, fintech, PE, legal, construction, manufacturing, and 15 other verticals. This moat widens every single day and cannot be shortcut.
Activation Tiers — Currently Active at Tier 1
Tier 0 (0–1K entries) — Collection only. Building the knowledge base. COMPLETED
Tier 1 (1K–5K) — Basic retrieval active. 60% confidence ceiling. Pattern matching across verticals operational. CURRENT
Tier 2 (5K–10K) — Moderate retrieval. 75% confidence ceiling. Cross-platform intelligence synthesis. Projected Q3 2026.
Tier 3 (10K+) — Full sovereign capability. 90% confidence ceiling. Near-autonomous operation independent of external providers. The endgame.
05 Content Manufacturing Engine
5-agent production swarm with 47-rule QA validation
The content engine is a fully autonomous pipeline that produces, validates, and publishes long-form articles at scale. It operates as a 5-agent swarm — strategist, image generator, writer, QA validator, and publisher — coordinated through Protocol One, a 47-rule quality assurance system built from 2,700+ article iterations.
Every article passes a 15-point automated QA audit before publishing — word count, formatting, competitor section parity, closing block structure, meta description length, image validation, and more. Articles that fail any check are rejected back to the writer agent with specific correction instructions. Nothing publishes without QA approval.
06 Revenue Pipeline Automation
Assessment to close — every touchpoint tracked automatically
Assessment → Lead
When anyone completes an assessment on any proposal site or tfsfventures.com, a lead is auto-created with source tracking, UTM data, and initial scoring. Notification email sent instantly.
Proposal View Tracking
Every page load on every proposal site is tracked. First view triggers an alert. High engagement (3+ views) flags the lead as hot.
Email Engagement
Email delivered, opened, clicked, bounced — all flow into the lead timeline automatically via email event webhooks.
Meeting Booking
Calendar bookings auto-update lead stage and log to the timeline. Rescheduled and cancelled meetings tracked.
The Pipeline UI shows the full chronological timeline for every lead with hot/warm/cold engagement indicators on each Kanban card. 8-stage pipeline: New → Qualified → Proposal → Sent → Viewed → Meeting → Negotiating → Closed.
07 Security & Access Control
Enterprise-grade from day one
MFA Enforced
TOTP-based multi-factor authentication on every route. QR enrollment mandatory. No skip. 10-minute inactivity timeout with session re-verification.
Role-Based Access
Three roles — Admin, Operator, Viewer — enforced on both frontend and backend. Unauthorized actions return 403 automatically.
Rate Limiting
Per-user daily and monthly cost caps. Atomic database operations prevent race conditions. 429 on exceed.
Encrypted Credential Vault
AES-256-GCM encryption for stored credentials. Server-side encryption only — never client-side.
Audit Logging
Every agent run, code generation, lead creation, and proposal deployment logged with user, timestamp, and action detail.
Database-Level Isolation
Every table in the database enforces access policies at the data layer. Users can only access their own data. Admins have elevated access. No exceptions.
08 Builder IDE
Prompt to production in one session
The Builder IDE is a split-pane development environment inside Pulse AI. Chat on the left, live preview on the right. Describe what you want built, Pulse generates it, you see the result in real-time, and deploy directly to production with automatic version control and instant deployment. Prompt queue with drag-to-reorder for multi-step builds.
Custom agents are created through the Builder with tool selection checkboxes — web scraping, code sandbox execution, voice generation, real-time research. Each custom agent inherits the full 5-engine routing and failover architecture.
09 Ghost Architecture — Deployment Model
Client owns the code. TFSF disappears behind the scenes.
Every client deployment follows Ghost Architecture: TFSF builds the AI agent infrastructure, configures it for the client's specific vertical and operations, deploys it to production, and the client retains full ownership of every line of code. No vendor lock-in. No recurring SaaS fees on the software itself. Infrastructure costs (AI model API usage) passed through at cost with no markup.
This model passes PE fund due diligence on vendor dependency — the single biggest objection in enterprise AI procurement. When a fund deploys across 30 portfolio companies, there is zero dependency risk on TFSF as a vendor. The infrastructure runs independently.
10 What Runs on Pulse AI
22 production platforms — 10 proprietary, 12 client — and growing
Pulse AI currently powers 10 proprietary TFSF IP platforms spanning fintech, payments, investor intelligence, workforce automation, accounting, education, and client engagement. Additionally, 12 active client platforms operate on the engine through the Ghost Architecture model — each running under the client's own brand with TFSF invisible underneath.

Proprietary IP Platforms
The 90-Day Migration Arc
Pulse AI was activated 27 days ago. Today, all 22 platforms are connected to the engine but some components still operate on external infrastructure. Over the next 90 days, every platform fully migrates into the Pulse AI stack — authentication, data, agent routing, scheduling, and connector integrations all consolidated under one roof.
When migration completes at the 90-day mark, two things happen simultaneously. First, 22 platforms worth of operational data floods into the Sovereign Intelligence layer — routing patterns, agent performance, exception frequencies, cost trends, and model behavior from every vertical and every client. That data volume is what pushes Sovereign from Tier 1 into Tier 2, where pattern-based retrieval at 75% confidence becomes operational.
Second, the Connector Registry activates across all 22 platforms. Every platform gets access to 85+ pre-built integrations pulling live data from client business systems. Agents go from working with manually provided data to ingesting real-time CRM records, financial statements, HR data, compliance status, and marketing analytics automatically. That is when the flywheel reaches escape velocity — agents fed by connectors, learning through Sovereign, scheduling themselves, communicating with each other, operating across isolated multi-tenant organizations. All 22 platforms. One engine.
Every improvement to Pulse AI's routing logic instantly improves every agent across all 22 platforms. Every security upgrade locks down all 22 simultaneously. Every new connector, every new agent, every optimization cascades everywhere. Build once, deploy twenty-two.
11 Inter-Agent Communication Protocol
37 independent agents became a self-organizing swarm — v4.12.0
Before this layer, every agent operated in isolation. Agent #37 could predict compliance risk, but it couldn't tell the lead intelligence agent to flag the affected client. The content QA agent could reject an article, but it couldn't instruct the writer agent to fix it. Now it can. Every agent has an inbox, can send structured messages to any other agent, and can participate in threaded multi-turn conversations.
Agent Registry
Central directory of all 40+ agents with capabilities, routing tier, input/output schemas, and availability status. The phone book for the swarm. Custom agents auto-register on first run.
Message Queue
Durable, threaded message system. Every agent-to-agent interaction is logged with sender, recipient, message type (task, alert, result, query), priority, payload, thread ID, and delivery status.
Route Configuration
36 pre-configured forwarding rules across 4 pipeline categories: content pipeline, proposal pipeline, code review chain, and cross-team alerts. Compliance agent auto-forwards to operations. Writer auto-forwards to QA.
Live Dashboard
Real-time message feed with live subscriptions, agent status grid, thread viewer, and admin compose. Full visibility into the swarm's conversation.
Every agent now checks its inbox before execution — incorporating pending instructions from other agents — and automatically forwards its results to downstream agents after execution. The system is self-coordinating.

12 Autonomous Agent Scheduling
Agents work while everyone sleeps — v4.12.1
Every agent can be assigned a cron schedule — weekly, daily, hourly, every 15 minutes. A system heartbeat fires every 60 seconds, checks which agents are due, and dispatches them in parallel. Overlap prevention ensures no agent runs twice simultaneously. Timeout enforcement kills stuck runs. Retry logic handles transient failures. Every execution is logged with duration, resource usage, cost, input, and output.
Cron per Agent
Standard 5-field cron expressions with timezone support. Agent #37 runs weekly Monday 6AM. Lead Intelligence runs every 4 hours. Content QA runs daily at 2AM. Fully configurable per agent per organization.
Schedule Runs Audit
Complete execution history — every scheduled run logged with status (success, error, timeout, skipped), duration, resource usage, cost in USD, trigger type (scheduled, manual, webhook, agent_request), and retry attempt.
Overlap Prevention
If an agent is already running from a previous trigger, the scheduler skips it. No duplicate execution. No race conditions. No wasted compute.
Operational Dashboard
Schedule manager — all agents with cron config, last run status with color-coded badges, next run countdown, manual "Run Now" buttons, and full run history with input/output inspection.
For PE funds: 30 portfolio companies x 10 scheduled agents each x 4 runs per week = 1,200 autonomous agent executions per week generating insights, identifying risks, and creating value without a single human trigger. That is the difference between a tool and a platform.
13 Multi-Tenancy & Organization Isolation
One platform. Unlimited organizations. Complete data isolation. — v4.13.0
Pulse AI operates as a true multi-tenant platform with database-level isolation. Every organization — whether a PE fund, a portfolio company, or an internal team — has its own completely isolated environment within the same infrastructure. A user at Portfolio Company A cannot see, query, or access any data belonging to Portfolio Company B. This isolation is enforced at the database layer, not the application layer.
Organization Hierarchy
Fund-to-portfolio-company parent-child structure. FSN Capital (fund) sits above 30 portfolio company orgs. Fund admins see roll-up metrics across all children. Portfolio admins see only their own data. TFSF operates as the invisible internal org.
Org-Scoped Data
Every table in the database carries an org_id foreign key — leads, agents, predictions, messages, schedules, sovereign knowledge, compliance reports, connector data. All queries are org-scoped automatically.
Per-Org Agent Config
The base 40 agents exist globally, but each organization can enable/disable agents, override schedules, and set org-specific parameters. A healthcare portco gets HIPAA compliance rules. A SaaS portco gets SOC 2 rules. Same agent, different configuration.
Role-Based per Org
Users belong to organizations with org-scoped roles: owner, admin, operator, viewer. One person can belong to multiple orgs with different roles in each. Fund partners get admin across all portfolio orgs.
Why Multi-Tenancy Changes Everything
Without multi-tenancy, every client is a separate deployment — separate database, separate infrastructure, separate maintenance. Cost scales linearly with clients. Margins compress.
With multi-tenancy, one platform serves unlimited organizations with shared infrastructure and complete isolation. Cost scales sub-linearly. Margins expand with every new client. This is the architectural foundation of every successful enterprise SaaS platform.
The fund-to-portfolio hierarchy is a premium enterprise feature. Most SaaS platforms offer simple org isolation. Parent-child roll-up views across 30+ companies is what PE firms, franchises, and holding companies specifically require — and pay premium pricing for.
14 Connector Registry & Integration Engine
85+ pre-built API integrations across 21 verticals — drop in credentials, data flows — v4.14.0
The Connector Registry is a complete enterprise integration platform built into Pulse AI. It contains pre-built API adapters for 85+ business systems organized across every vertical TFSF operates in. When onboarding a new portfolio company, the question is "what systems do you use?" — they pick from the catalog, authorize or enter credentials, and data starts flowing into the platform within hours. No custom integration. No 6-week project.
Connector Catalog
85+ connector definitions with pre-configured authentication flows (OAuth2, API Key, Basic), API endpoint mappings, rate limit configuration, and field normalization schemas. Browseable catalog UI with category and vertical filtering.
Encrypted Credential Vault
All credentials stored with AES-256-GCM encryption — military-grade. OAuth2 tokens automatically refresh. API keys encrypted at rest. Decrypted only in-memory during sync execution. Zero plaintext persistence.
Sync Engine
Automated data pulling on configurable cadence per endpoint. Incremental sync with cursor tracking — only pulls changed records. Rate limiting per connector prevents API throttling. Full audit trail of every sync run.
Normalized Data Layer
Every record from every connector lands in a standardized format. An agent querying "all invoices over $10,000" gets results regardless of whether the data came from QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite. Source-agnostic intelligence.
Universal Connectors
QuickBooks Online
Invoices, customers, payments, P&L reports. OAuth2. Covers 18 of 21 verticals.
Salesforce
Opportunities, contacts, accounts. OAuth2. Covers 12 of 21 verticals.

The Integration Flywheel
Every data sync feeds the Sovereign Intelligence layer with anonymized operational patterns — not raw data. As more organizations connect more systems, the platform gets smarter. A routing optimization discovered from one dental practice's Dentrix data improves predictions for every dental practice. A compliance pattern from one SaaS company's Vanta data strengthens Agent #37 for every SaaS company.
The connector layer is also independently valuable IP. Pre-built integration platforms (Workato $5.7B, Fivetran $5.6B, Merge $1.1B) are valued in the billions — and those platforms only do integration. Pulse AI does integration AND agent intelligence AND autonomous execution AND cross-agent communication AND proprietary learning. In one platform.
